I am taking my 15 year old son to a music festival.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

I have never been to an event like this, because this is not the kind of music I normally listen to. He is planning out how he wants to navigate the festival, and seems excited to be around people who love the music he loves. He gently let me know on the drive last night that he may want to ditch me for parts of the festival and wander on his own. I get it. I was 15 once. A long time ago.

I miss Toby already.  I rarely travel without him anymore.

I love music, especially live music. It takes a lot of guts to get up on stange and put yourself out there like that. It’s really great that you’re taking your son so he can enjoy it, I dont think my parents would have ever done that.

Also, I looked at the lineup and have NO idea who any of those artists are.

Wow that’s a cool thing to do.  I’d love to see FKA Twigs and H.E.R. live. Not my typical genre but Gabriella Wilson is a talented musician all round.
